I’m a service designer and design strategist, currently focused on social innovation and systems change.

 

I want design to be more than just about making shiny things, because I believe in it’s potential to create positive change through well considered services, products, policy and culture.

 

I have many years of experience helping people, teams and organisations engage in meaningful design-thinking practice and have worked across different sectors, including charities, government departments and international companies. I have an interest in developing strategies for systems change and empowering people to engage in opening up new possibilities.

 

I come from a background in visual design and enjoy using inclusive storytelling techniques to demystify complex ideas and explore innovation strategies.

 

I currently hold the post of Senior Service Designer at Opencast.
